  • 1987年毕业于浙江大学地质系,1994年获巴黎第七大学博士学位1994-1995年伦敦大学 Royal Holloway 学院地质系博士后。现任中国科学院广州地球化学研究所研究员同位素地球化学国家重点实验室主任。2017年当选中国科学院院士,2018年入选美国地质学会会士。(曾)任国际火山和地球内部化学协会(IAVCEI)大火成岩省委员会委员,国际地球化学学会奖励提名委员会委员,IUGG中国委员会副主席IAVCEI中国委员会主席中国矿物岩石地球化学学会副理事长火山专业委员会主任, 广东省科协副主席;国家自然科学基金委地学部专家咨询委员会委员,Terra NovaFrontier Earth Science副主编Global and Planetary Change编委等

    主要从事地幔岩石学、地球化学和深部动力学研究。先后主持了国家973项目、基金委创新群体和国家杰出青年基金项目和中科院B类先导专项等,在华北克拉通破坏、峨眉山大火成岩省地幔柱以及东亚大地幔楔等方面取得创新认识。已发表论文300余篇,其中SCI论文230余篇,主编LithosEpisodes 专集部;Google Scholar引用19300余次,H-index 75, 入选Worlds Top 2% Scientists 2020和中国Top200 榜单,连续7年入选Elsevier高被引中国学者名录。以第一完成人获国家自然科学奖二等奖2011、广东省科学技术一等奖2006, 2014、李四光地质科学奖等。
